  The location of the hotel is fantastic, the standard of the room,facilities and customer service is one of the highest I have seen acrossthe world. Nothing is too much trouble. The arrangements for check outwere great too -they have a secure baggage service and use of showersand changing rooms for the late flights. It is a great hotel for all ages. Get a room with a viewand be in at 8pm to watch the laser show. - The hotel was very convenient to everything! Location was perfect. I felt very safe and comfortable at the Salisbury YMCA. It was even better than I had expected. I enjoyed being so close to the Star Ferry, MTR and attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Having a Star Bucks across the street was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hong Kong.

  We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. Highly recommend staying here. - everything was excellent.we arrived in the morning but they gave us the rooms in 10 min.the rooms were very quiet,it was a pleasure to stay there.

  I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast buffet also excellent. Very strongly recommended - The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to Harbour City/Ocean Terminal, and it is not far from the MRT station. The rooms are nice, and the beds are big and comfortable, with lots of pillows. Connecting rooms were provided as we had requested. Moreover, all five of our reservations were upgraded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide great service, especially Victor at the Front Desk. The breakfast buffet is also good.

I made a mistake while booking my trip, and Booking helped by talking to the Hyatt management, sorting out the mess I made. We are here 4 more days, and are getting very spoilt by the service, location, swank bathroom and other accommodations, and accessibility ... what people say » to all forms of transport. I give Hyatt Regency hktst and letsbookhotel.com,10/10. - The room is spacious and the bath room is huge with separate bath tub and shower. The water flow in the shower is very strong and very good, consistently warm temperature without any shocking cold water interrupted. The twin bed is big enough for me to share with my 5 years old daughter. Our stay was very comfortable and we would stay there again.
