I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. Very friendly, helpful staff, esspecially Kathy on the Towers reception, she was marvellous in our connecting flights. Breakfast was superb, plenty of options, on level 18. View was to die for, our room had beautiful harbour views, and meal in restaurant was very good, staff helpfull. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The staff service is exceptional and they are eager to offer assistance and provide insight. Excellent knowledge of city and location of services and sights. In house restaurant is good and others are available nearby. Fantastic location with very generous room sizes and decent value for money. Easy access to all HK has to offer from this location and a short cab ride from the airport express station at Kowloon. Harbour view rooms are worth the small extra price, fantastic views to be enjoyed. The location is great. Very convenient to shopping in the area and take MRT to Where ever in HK. Harbour view is worth the money, great view in deed. Room is comfy and clean. We had a great time at the hotel and looking forward to be back again. The evenings in the Lounge on the executive floors. Everthing was replaced in the room each day. The staff particularly Christina in the Cafe gave the best service we have experienced .Nothing was too much trouble Location perfect for transport as a tourist. On the Friday, after a night out, we wanted to relax with a late night cocktail but this proved impossible with only one very crowded bar (the Sky lounge on the 18th floor). To be specific, room from the 7th floor was not my request. Cannot open the windows!!. only staying for three nights!. The restaurant was poor. All Of The Buffett breakfast was cold. The coffee was cold. The evening meals in the restaurant were basic and uninspiring . Enjoy the hotel , but eat out !. the hard pillows. It was a shame the pool was closed. Somewhat pricey. Definitely not an upscale hotel. We find it inadmissible that hotels of this calibre still charge for the internet in the room and other areas. Simply unacceptable. Outdated furniture in the rooms. having to pay for wi-fi in the room - this is an extremely annoying charge and should be free. Our plane was 23pm so we left our baggages. Staff didn't gave us a receipt and they said we could retrieve the baggages with just the room number and surname. We were then asked for a receipt making us waste time. No free WiFi. At the price we paid we find it awful they need to charge extra for WiFi when you can get it free in the local bars!. rather small room. Lobby was quite laud , children running around playing with out any supervision , definitively bad,. breakfast at CAFE restaurant was not good... Loby is on first floor and carrying goods on first floor is bit pain ...........and gives a compact & dark look. Doonas with bedding too thick and had to turn air-conditioning temperature to low at night. The cigaret smoke coming from the gaming room every time u walked passed,. No free wifi in the room, inconvenient to have to go down to lobby. Nothing. some front dest service member non professionnel.need strong management to suit the sheraton political standings. Nothing!. I didn't like the fact that Internet wifi is not free even in the lobby! Also the access to the street from the hotel is through stairs so if you have a baby stroller you have to carry it on top of the stairs. Breakfast very very expensive. Overbooked restaurants. cost (expansive). Noise from drain in the bathroom.
