  The location is excellent - at the heart of Kowloon and near vastly more expensive hotels. My sons liked the busy cosmopolitan atmosphere, particularly in the evenings. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly ad helpful. - The staffs in the motel are friendly, good to speak with. Overall quite good.

The tram is just round the back and costs next to nothing, 4 stops away and you are at the MTR.   We stayed in Hong Kong 7 days and had a very nice stay. We arrived at the guesthouse at 1.30am, that was no problem at all. Bruno the manager was already waiting for us outside, so easy to find. Throughout the week he also helped us with things to do or just making a chat, very friendly. For Hong Kong standards it was a clean room with a good bath... what people say » room, shower and toilet. The rooms are a bit small, but that's just Hong Kong. It didn't really bother me, cause everything else was good. Moneywise a - Maryland Gust House was a very friendly and rewarding experience. The service was very personal and at your service 24/7. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. Mr. Bruno is very friendly and knowledgeable as to what the customer wants. Mr. Bruno also was able to arrange tickets for me to travel to Macau, Sightseeing Trips and Theme Parks at a discounted rates which was very cheap compared to current market rates and from others round the area.
