We stayed for single nights at the beginning and end of a trip to SE Asia. On each check in, we requested and were given late checkouts to accommodate our onward flights. The room was clean and comfortable. One complaint we had at this hotel and throughout our trip was the inability to get simple foam pillows for our allergies to down. The breakfast was very good with a larger than normal selection of all types of quality foods. I used the hot tub spa which was a welcome therapy to help rec

We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! it's quite pricey, but we got a good deal. But nothing beats it's location. Room is quite large for HK standard. Staff were very helpful - The bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. What amaze me is we can surf internet using their free wifi and 42" LCD TV.

On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.
