The staff was highly professional. You are greeted right away. There is a doorman who opens the taxi door and takes your bags. The don't expect tips (obviously giving one doesn't hurt). The hotel room is very nice the Courtyard Marriott Brand. Room service was amazing. The rooms service supervisor always made sure everything was clean in your room if you had the "do not disturb" sign on during normal cleaning hours. The hotel staff all spoke English. all reviews » Brand New Hotel, all possible comforts, nice rooms. Rate is relatively cheap for HK in this period when compared to similar class Hotel. Would define it a 5 star Hotel rateher than 4 star. Great staff, very friendly and helpfull. Also great staff at the executive lounge. The beds are excellent. Hotel is brand new. Lack of free wifi in the room. Lunch & Dinner Options very very limited for Vegetarians !!. The entrance to the lobby isn't marked at all if you are taking airport buses. Hotel staff tried not to accept local currency to pay for the room. I ended up paying additional 3% for foreign transaction fee using my credit card. It is not very close to any train station but there is a shuttle bus service which operates at a regular interval. if not, taxis are easier to hail at the lobby area. I thought in the web mentioning that breaksfast already included. at the end i have to pay for breakfast. Far away from central HK No Spa. Far from main city. To far to Hong Kong . The morning breakfast was made for Chinese taste. quite far from downtown area. but the do have shuttle bus. Too manay group travellers, sometimes too noisy and no discipline, hope the management posting messages on bulletin board advising them not to slam the door hardly at night and yell at in the morning, don't speak too loud to bother those who are still resting. Staff: not so professional and some of them are quite rude to me (during the breakfast buffet)! They don't even ask and just took my plates away for 2 times! It's makes me feel bad!.
