  The location is excellent - at the heart of Kowloon and near vastly more expensive hotels. My sons liked the busy cosmopolitan atmosphere, particularly in the evenings. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly ad helpful. - The staffs in the motel are friendly, good to speak with. Overall quite good.

The tram is just round the back and costs next to nothing, 4 stops away and you are at the MTR.
