It was a very good hotel to stay in especially for flying from CDG airport.The rooms were clean and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast buffet were very good and a good value. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had to wait one hour for the shuttle at CDG, when we were coming from Gare de Lyon train station via Les Cars, but no problem with the shuttle in the morning.
all reviews » I arrived at 10.50 on a Sunday night. The dining room was closed at 11,and yet one of the staff was prepared to let me into the dining room andhave a snack. I was impressed by the fact that they were prepared to putthemselves out for me. Mind you, I think it helps to be courteous andnot demand that kind of service. I was also impressed by. Really appreciated the free shuttle from CDG to the airport (took less than 10 minutes) and had no problems catching a shuttle from the airport at 9 am. The room was really clean, not too small, quiet, and comfortable. The double windows really blocked out airplane noise. Great price for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were efficient and polite.They were extremely helpful when I had left my handbag in the hotel bus.The food was good, the room crisp and clean.The restaurant staff were very well organised. They efortlessly dealt with the large number of people who booked for dinner.Great hotel for those needing easy and convenient access to the airport. Floor bath mat needed. After bath I almost fell because tiled floor was slippery coming out of the bath.no, everything was perfect!. They did not give me my wake up call and I missed my flight. I liked the hotel very much but that pretty much ruinned it for me. The Manager drove me straight to the airport and tried to get me on my plane but it was too late.upon check-in, brusque desk clerk, did not feel welcome; other staff very kind, however; no water or bread served at supper. We were on the first floor and there was a light on the small roof section that shone directly into our room through the night. Otherwise, everything was perfect.At breakfast, the dining room ran out of coffee cups and we had to wait. I assume this was caused by some kind of emergency in the kitchen, but I think styrofoam cups should be kept in case of such an event. This is why I marked the "services/facilities" down to good in the previous question. There should more benches and shelter from the sun for people waiting for the shuttle outside. Breakfast was not a good value.difficulty in communicating with staff in restaurant. no safety deposit box int he rooms. that I had to sleep with the window closed because of traffic noise. The staff was not helpful in providing local travel assistance.Sometimes, the staff is not attentive that much.
