The staff. They went above and beyond to help us, especially Arezl (?) and Madjio (?). When we asked for suggestions on how to get around town, they got out maps, drew explicit directions, and made us feel much more at ease. When I was having a difficult time getting a hold of a hotel that we were going to be going to next, Arezl went so far as to call the hotel for me, print out a google map for me to hand to the taxi/bus, and hold our luggage for us while we went sight seeing. all reviews » Before booking I read the reviews online, so was prepared for the best and worst. I was pleasantly surprised as the breakfast of 5 euros each was actually good value especially when compared with local eateries around the area, and we were converting from rands. Our 12 yr old son is wheelchair bound so the room was a bit tight getting him in but as it was only a stopover it was fine. The staff recommended places to eat etc but we did a little drive around as we had a hired car. Even so, the tak. It was at a convenient location for transportation to and from the airport. Also, the village was walking distance with good restaurants and grocery shopping possibility. The room was very comfortable and very nice and clean. The breakfast was also excellent. If I travel again, I would definitely stay here again. We had a flight the next day and this was the perfect overnight place to stay. Walking distance to Roissy village which has great little restaurants. Another bonus is that it is the first stop for the free shuttle bus to the airport. So you get a seat and you're not crammed in. The room is basic but clean. Grrat location near the CDG airport, with a free shuttle every 20 minutes. Very functional and clean room. It's convenientely localted (free shuttle) and you don't need to qeue for the check out (the door opens with a code). The beds are confortable and it's great if you're just going to stay for a night. Early breakfast Beginning of the airport shuttle so was able to get a seat. Airport transfer and free wi- fi was great. Very Spartan e.g. no phone in the room so when you request a wake up call they knock on the door at the appointed time. However it is also very inexpensive and close to CDG airport with free shuttle. Great value and just right as a transition stay, especially for its proximity to all forms of public transit. I didn't like being so far out of Paris, it cost us almost 40Euros per day for both of us to get to town, plus the 1 1/2 hrs each way. Next time I would stay more central. The internet access requires a horrible registration process. It is necessary to fill the details including your mobile number for login verification. However, the receptionist told that it is not necessary to register mobile number. No frills, small bathroom. When u have 10 + customer all converging to the front desk at the same time, directions on how to form the lines would have been helpful...single line serving the next open station. rooms too small, difficulty in moving around the room if have two or more suitcases. Buth tub? Not really tub half of size n no stopper only use for shower. No alarm clock n no phone in the room however again reasonable n comfy hotel can't complain. Wifi was slow. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and not worth the charge of 5+ euro per person. The "air conditioning" unit in the room did not function correctly at all, so the room was much too warm. One elevator was not working. No kettle in room. No phone in the room to call reception. No room service and telephone in the room. Its quite far from any shops or cafes/restaurants.
