The bed was uncomfortable. Very hard. Otherwise, the pillows and linens were comfortable and colourful, cheerful.Breakfast perfunctory, even by French standards. Even though we were "at the airport CDG", it still took 20-25 minutes, at best, by shuttle bus to get back and forth.Prepackaged food only and it is marginal and overpriced. Since there is a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room it would be good if they supplied some basic crockery rather than having to use cardboard cups etc.We did not find the afternoon and evening staff very helpful.Yes, I could not watch any of the movies with your new system, so I was stuck with MTV or the news in English. The staff at the front desk seemed to be a little overworked for the amount of business they were doing. Good staff, just not enough of them.The plastic bathroom and toilets ! and the beds were not really comfortable !. Booking did not go through quickly enough - booked through internet and arrived short time after. Got charged different rate and had to sort out next day.there was no closeable, sealable door to the shower room, so there wasn't total privacy. if someone was laying on the bed, they could look into the shower through the holes in the doorm and through the glass shower doors.The climatic system was broken. On arrival at check-in I made a request for a wake up call for 6 A.M.the following morning. There was no wake up call at all. This is verydisappointing since I could have missed my flight. Fortunately, I happento have my own alarm clock set up. The person at reception assured me hemade the request. Please stress to your staff the importance of wake upcalls to be taken seriously.No restaurant or bar or anywhere to eat except for a few machines to buysome basic things.MAJOR Problem with the Navette, which was the mainreason we chose this hotel as it does not run every 20 minutesespecially if its not at 8 am or 5pm.No sheet on bed between sleeper and duvet. Minimal services. Ratherinfrequent shuttle service. Bathroom door had no lock. Staff were not very helpful.

- Then follow signs for Paris, Roissy Ville (ZA Parc de Roissy).

From 05.30 until 01.00 , a courtesy shuttle service is scheduled between the hotel, terminals T1 and T2, the RER and train stations. Take the golden shuttle for Accor Hotels, Roissy Ville, Dorint, Mercure, Suitehotel, Ibis. Do not take the pink one.
