The clerk at the Mercure Roissy Charles-De-Gaulle reception desk wasvery insightful and kind. She switched our room after she noted my sonwas not a young child but a teen - after two weeks of travelingtogether, this was a very appreciated "gift." We were moved to a suitewhere my son could hang out in a separate room, watching a movie and myhusband and I could get some much needed rest. It was the perfect way tomake everyone more than happy.

The driver was not helpful and misinformed me of my terminal causing me to return to the hotel and ultimately take a taxi to the airport. This is not your fault, but it is anything but a "courtesy" shuttle.Noise levels of late arrivals - but obviously there is nothing the hotel could do about this. The room was very hot. Even with the air conditioning on it was no better and as my window open up onto a flat roof I could not leave it open but other than that the room was very comfortable and well equiped.Timeliness of the shuttle could be improved as it was over 25 minutes late. I found it harder to get into the city than I expected, since the shuttle passed me by twice when I was trying to go to RER station, which should have been easy.scarce choice at breakfast, limitated lunch and diner menu. the web listing stated there was a Courtesy Pick Up from the airport. however, despite the fact that the hotel was listed at the Courtesy Bus Pick Up location at Terminal 1, there was no pick up. The hotel stated that they only provide this service to Terminal 2. we had to pay for a taxi to the hotel as going to Terminal 1 required a train journey. your web listing should reflect the true picture, as Courtesy Pick Up was a major factor in picking the hotel.
