The clerk at the Mercure Roissy Charles-De-Gaulle reception desk wasvery insightful and kind. She switched our room after she noted my sonwas not a young child but a teen - after two weeks of travelingtogether, this was a very appreciated "gift." We were moved to a suitewhere my son could hang out in a separate room, watching a movie and myhusband and I could get some much needed rest. It was the perfect way tomake everyone more than happy.

Even with the air conditioning on it was no better and as my window open up onto a flat roof I could not leave it open but other than that the room was very comfortable and well equiped.Timeliness of the shuttle could be improved as it was over 25 minutes late.
