This is a perfect Hotel for short stays and business meetings close to the Airport. Frequent shuttlebus from and to Airport ease transportation. I forgot my mobile phone in my room on my departure, my phone reached me in London in a very short time, I appriciate the goodwill and efforts of the staff.. it was conviently located as we were leaving the following day by air. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Had to wait a bit to be served in the bar, as there were only 2 people working serving both the bar and preparing to serve the restaurant. Shuttle service to the airport.

The staff is very helpful and the location is great. If you have an early or late flight, but still want to have time in Paris, this spot is great to get into the city, but ridiculously fast to get to CDG. The town is charming too. It's a very nice hotel, with friendly staff specially Nicole always wealing to help you with directions and places to go, breakfast good though a little expensive, they have pick up from and to the airport. The contempory design, the room was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was very good. It was just minutes from CDG. This is the second time we have stayed there when traveling. Good location, close to CDG airport, makes a lot of sense if you intend to use the free shuttle to and from the airport because you will be picked and will have space for your luggage. We had a late check-in and the staff hurried us through check-in so that we couls out our baby to bed. At breakfast staff was excellent and very helpful. A definate two thumbs up. Restaurant is expensive for average food. No free parking. The shuttle to the airport: stopped very far from the main destination, the 2F Terminal. We all had to walk through endless corridors and carparks to get to the terminal. Stressing indeed. We would have liked more pillows for neck support. The rooms were nice but several of us thought that the sheets on the beds were scratchy. That is was so far from any decent shops. No pool. Definitely overpriced (especially food in the restaurant) but you're a captive audience so it's to be expected, I suppose. Can be noisy with people catching early flights. Shared shuttle bus (not dedicated to Best Western only), hotel was the last stop of many. breakfast was horrible -- bad eggs & sausage, burnt bread. Could only have the fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. The dinning room waiter was incorrect w/ the salad he gave me. I ordered a salad for dinner 14 E. I got a small dinner salad and the table next to me got the large the waiter refused to admit he brought the wrong salad to my table. He said just the plate was smaller. Yes by about a 1/3. 14e for a small salad. No negative comments. Elevators confusing when you have a room number like 0. No shampoo, lotion in bathroom. high meal cost, no meals after midnoc, no good food in vending machines, pricey for distance from tourist sites downtown. the room was too small and there was no shuttle to the airport ... cost of breakfast was far too high.
