It was a very comfortable hotel. We got an amazing deal on letsbookhotel.com. The room was huge for Paris standards. Internet price was too high for us to use, but that wasn't a problem, we were just there one night. The fitness center was very nice, small but had everything one needs. Shuttle was regular and convenient. Recommend this hotel as a good base for the last day of a trip to Paris if you are departing early from the CDG airport.
all reviews » Every thing was perfect from the concierge at arrival and reception staff. The staff at lunch time was more than professional considering our late lunch time arrival. The food was superb cook just right. Upon arriving to our room; my husband need medical attention; nothing relating to the hotel. The concierge call a doctor immediately & within 30 min. the situation was under control. Overall an excellent stay. Hotel very clean. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. A fabulous selection of national and international channels on the room TV. You get twice the room for half the price in comparison with what a room would cost in Paris. Of course to get to Paris you have to take the shuttle back to the airport and then take the RER Line B to the city. Round trip is 20 Euros and each way takes ca. 45 minutes. The Hyatt staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, our room was very comfortable and had everything needed for an overnight stay, including robes and slippers and a lovely bathroom with bath and toiletries. Our "package" deal included free WI Fi and access to the Regency room for drinks and delicious snacks and full breakfast . We really enjoyed our stay there, our thanks to the Hyatt for a great experience. A very good hotel to spend a night near CDG if you have an early morning flight or a long connection. Nice bar (normally closed at mightnight but I was served a whiskey at 12:30). Pool opens from 5am. Spacious room and good amenities. if you catch the good price this is the best option near CDG. The manner of the young lady that checked me in was excellent. Over the last 25 years I have used dozens of hotels worldwide and sometimes the none gracious manner at reception can be annoying. The prking is expensive 29€ per night Wifi is not free. not as close to airport as expected -- had to take an airport shuttle to get to a hotel pick-up point then drive around to 2 other terminals -- 20 minutes before we got on the road for a 10 minute drive to the hotel (the return in the morning was better) no free wifi in room overpriced (but good) restaurant. It would have been nice if the staff on the reception had explained the operation of the elevators. Luckily, one of the nearby bar staff was able to explain the procedure of the room card for the elevator. We had only 1 pillow each and waited over 45 min to get more delivered to our room we were very tired and just wanted to get some sleep. Ridiculous to charge for internet- why not just have it buried in the overall room charge. Strange policy of charging 7 euros every time the minibar is opened even if nothing is removed. The charges were reversed when I explained that we had only stored some items in the fridge. The shuttle didn't actually GO to the airport--it went to the train station which took more time for me to get to my flight. Also, I thought that the hotel and food were overpriced. Lastly, you have to pay for internet access. While I was on holiday, I still needed to communicate via email and I thought this was not customer-friendly. I liked everything about it. 25 euros per person extra for breakfast buffet. No nearby alternative for breakfast, other than the airport. the stuff could not find our booking and rebooked on different price, we asked not to change the price from letsbookhotel.com they promised, but 5 days later dubbled the price of letsbookhotel.com. now we are trying to return our money. Lack of on site store for small convenience items. Wifi expensive. Every other place we stayed in Franceand England offered free wifi. Located in an industrial/office type area with nothing nearby. Cost of wi-fi, should be free. Room service meal only just warm and very average for the price. having paid for breakfast, I was questioned twice by staff who told me breakfast was not included. They relented when I produced your confirmation. Food needs to be a bit better for the price. Hard to find shuttle bus pickup location + long wait. Sheraton is at the cdg Airport - Hyatt is not! The pizza l ordered from the bar lounge had a small spiral piece of wire stuck to the bottom which if eaten could have caused significant harm. A bit further from the airport than was expected. Food very over priced. Grouting in bathroom needed replacing and general wear and tear showing in rooms. nothing bad. niets. Restaurant charged 12€ for a 750ml bottle of water!!!. Did not get the booked room category. Diminished Sunday evening meal facilities. The towels were thread bare and very small. The carpet, though redone a year ago, was dirty and appeared worn. Room was small. Just did not feel as if it were Hyatt quality. The staff and hotel offered nothing that deserved the price tag on the room. This was the most overpriced hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower kept going hot (to the point of scalding) and cold, the shower screen leaked, the room smelled cold tobacco. Even though we were supposed to be in a soundproofed room, we heard all the planes. The business club was small and overrated. I won't stay there again!.
