For the money I doubt you'd find anything better :) - Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   Front desk staff were very efficient and helpful, they even offered to help me carry my stuff up to the 2nd floor as the elevator doesn't service the 2nd floor. The room was updated and had nice bedding and pillows, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and the room suited my needs. I had been outside all day in pretty hot temperatures when I checked in, there was a cooler full of iced water with li - Staff were pleasant. We were able to check in early and go for a long bike ride prior to actual check in time. Parking lot was clean (other than renovation furnishings), check in/out staff were helpful, and location was very central for our purposes.

  When we arrived Christy Zheng greeted us. She was professional and covered off all the information we needed to know and sent us off to our room in an efficient manner. When we got to the room I found that it was clean and bed seemed nice as well as I noticed that the towels were newer.   We've never slept on as luxurious and comfy beds as those in our room at the Days Inn in Nanaimo. It was like sleeping on a cloud! (The mattress cover and duvet were down-filled!) Our room was clean and very nice, with a big-screen TV, air conditioner, coffee machine and lots of shampoo/conditioner, lotion and soaps in the bathroom. The Wi Fi work... what people say » ed well. In the morning, we were treated to a complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely s - Our room was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff were most polite and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. After traveling for close to two weeks it was nice to have guest laundry which was accessible and clean. they even offered to provide the laundry soap.

Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy!   The room in which we stayed was large with a generous terrace and a beautiful vantage point over the harbour. The French doors allowed us to fully enjoy the view and provided easy access to the outside. The staff were very friendly and informative.
