    When we arrived Christy Zheng greeted us. She was professional and covered off all the information we needed to know and sent us off to our room in an efficient manner. When we got to the room I found that it was clean and bed seemed nice as well as I noticed that the towels were newer. We were staying 3 - good position , close to shops tourist attractions eating houses . quiet location . good value for money easy to find , plenty of free parking .nice size pool for families level 2 ideal for families as parking is on same level ,would also be good for wheelchair users at this level

    After booking and receiving confirmation, we finally arrived in the evening hours of July 31, 2013. Initially, we were made aware, that the hotel was fully booked out, but the friendly hotel staff was searching for an alternative for one night.     The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy!     I liked the layout of the room. The room was clean. I liked the bed. It was just right - not too firm, not too soft. I liked that there wasn't an old bedspread on top. I liked the continental breakfast downstairs. I liked how clean the area was and the simple choices. The coffee was really good.     I stayed in Suite 302, a lovely 2 bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the harbour and the beauty of Victoria. The living room, the bedrooms and the balcony all offer exquisite views of the harbour. It is in the heart of the waterfront, central to everythin - I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking).     We were upgraded to a queen suite at no extra charge, very clean comfortable room. Staff was very helpful.
