  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice. The location was also wonderful. This is the big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town, cruise terminal and lots of churches.   When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night.   Felt fortunate to find this hotel. Metro right across the street!! Also could catch a bus there.....FREE Parking! Was able to keep car in the parking lot for the day although we had already had checked out....that was great!! We found the room clean, no bedbugs......staff very helpful and friendly, dining room was very nice (staff again friendly).... what people say » ..economical, especially compared to downtown Montreal...again, the free parking.....I Have told my friends about my experience and the Botanical Gard - Rooms were nicely sized, staff helpful, pool area very clean, restaurant available for breakfast very nice and convenient for travelling with kids, accessibility to the metro fantastic for us since we visited so many attractions while we were there and it was the quickest way to travel

  Excellent value for money, especially if you're travelling with kids. Located just across the Quebec side of the Quebec bridge. The hotel is far from busy downtown life (10 mins. by car), but if you're travelling by car anyway, it's the perfect location. The rooms were big and well-kept.   This hotel was one of the loveliest travel experiences I've ever had, and I've been all around the world. The hotel is gorgeous - the restaurants, spa, and especially bedroom were first class.
