Fabulous location with superb shopping within the premises. Also location at the very heart of Montreal's famed St.Catherine's entertainment centrum. Excellent location for exploring the city, old town, museums. Very convenient to the metro system and express bus to and from the airport. Very good service for the morning breakfast. Well located, gave us a room with a view room was very clean.

Although spacious, with large window, the room was dimly lit, especially the bathroom, which made the it seem dingy. charge for wifi conceige hours not great could be there earlier in the day. Not a lot of TV channels in English and no HBO. The elevators are very slow or not enough elevators. Elevators didn't seem to be working during some peak usage times. There was a mistake for the room I asked for 2 double beds but upon arrival, the clerk told me there is a room with 1 king size bed ready for me. When I told them it was a mistake I had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to prepare a room with 2 double beds. Furthermore, the extra 30$ fee for having a smoking room was not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com. elevators sometimes erratic - they didn't indicate direction and usually went the opposite way desired. 2 bath towels only in room - maybe 3 would be better. Bathrooms could use an update. Takes a while to figure out all the various elevators!. Price of the hotel night. I thought the bathroom was rather small. No fan available in bathroom. Not enough light in bathroom as well. Had to pay for WIFI which it's the first time I stayed in a hotel and had to pay for it. No free wifi, sheets were not very clean and the elevators were very slow and old. No provision for RECYCLING in the rooms or elsewhere on the floor!!! It need to change ! 2013. size of room (too small). The beds could be more comfortable. Needs updating. No in-room balcony. Checkin on 3rd floor. Pool was not kids friendly. Charged to use WiFi. The wall paper was coming off in the room and the lighting was very dim. The restaurant in the hotel had a poor selection of food. The elevators were confusing. Too few elevators. nothing. Elevators, to many to take to get to our room. The price compared to what it offers. The carpet in the hoolways and scratch wallpapers. bed was not so comfortable< large sag in middle. Only two elevators from the parking level was very tedious. Thought it would be closer to the underground shopping on Saint Catherines street but it was a further walk than expected. This facility was way too expensive for what you get! UGH!. The only nice area this hotel has to offer is the main floor and pool. Tge rest its old and dark. We paid too much money for it ;(. Room 262 was filled with large amounts of dust. The maid cleaned the peripheral areas, but never cleaned the large amounts of dust that was quite visible. Food choices are very limited, costly and taste poorly. Elevators are slow. Room service does not return for the dishes and the dishes sit outside rooms for days. I experienced this and noted the same with other rooms. I spent the first night on a sofa bed, and the execuse is that they are like airlines book more than they have anticipating cancellation !!!!. Hotel room and bathroom requires better upkeep. Mold on faucets, blowdryer did not work.Expected better from Hyatt. Wifi is not included. Took 3 calls to get extra blanket., Still sheets were not delivered with blanket. Food, room service, restaurant. Noisy Expensive staff at front desk poorly informed. i had to pay for parking when it should have been complimentary, internet wasn't included in the rate, breakfast wasn't included in the rate, old furniture, old style/decoration.
