  The warmest of greetings from the very helpful and accommodating staff. Mathieu graciously carried all our luggage to our third floor room and smiled the entire way ( poor man). The room was spectacular, so much so we did not even want to leave to go out for dinner. Loved the spa bath and late checkout. Absolutely fantastic service. As an exp - We loved our loft, it was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities of home! After arriving, we realized that we could have entertained friends right there instead of going out for dinner...with the red brick walls, hardwood floors, leather couches and one of the most comfortable beds in the world, we now know where we will stay everytime we are in Montreal!! Thank you so much!!

  A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice. The location was also wonderful.   We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were excellent and reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting out on the decks overlooking Lac Sable and later swimming there.(Beach access included in the price of the room) - Everything was really good! The food was excellent, the facility was not crowded.

  When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night.
