  Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. Obviously, these employees make it their bussiness to go beyond their job description. The location is A+. - Room was very comfortable with nice features (Nespresso coffee in room, hand-held shower).   The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... what people say » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!
