This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal. great place to stay recommend it to friends and if visiting Montreal again will be sure to stay here.

gorgeous hotel!. The willingness of the staff to ensure you have a pleasant stay.good location fine design fiendy staff. Butler pantry / kitchen and nespresso machine. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Very nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the heart of everything.We loved the pool and hot tub and the ability to close the door to the bedroom and still enjoy a small sitting area. Worked well for our 1 year old.Good concierge and door people. Staff extremely helpfull and friendly. La Coupole is one of the best restaurants in Montreal and we spent christmas eve there with fabulous food and great waiters. Huge bathroom, huge terrace, Molton Brown toilettries - yummy! High end stores within walking distance. Have lunch at Holt Renfrew, they have great sandwiches.There was some plumbing noise. . nothing comes to mind. Make sure you have your do not disturb sign on, or the maids will enter the room. Beds were a bit hard.We found it quite troubling that the hotel was charging $1.15 per local call.Not very good desk people. Surprise, surprise, I found bread crumbs on the floor next to our bed upon check in - maids did not clean properly - did not re-fill the coffee/cream dispenser either. Living room very narrow (somehow the bathroom is bigger than the living room).
