The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. Staff were very friendly and professional. Staff spoke both french and english (very helpful). The hotel is well maintained and has a very appealing appearance. Convenience of walking distance to shopping and Bell Centre. It was central. Bed mattress was sloping a bit due to people always sleeping on one side, so I suggested that they rotate it. The bathroom was incredibly small and the towel hooks were too high for me!. The food was very expensive. The bar was well stocked but also very expensive. Convenience does come at a price! Parking also costs extra!. My reservation was for 2 beds in a room, yet I was asked if I wanted a King Bed only and after a slight misunderstanding due to an accent, I had to have my room switched to 2 twins.They fix something with a hammer at 8h30 in the morning near from my room... to soon in the morning isn't it?. very expensive meals and room service e people not so kindly. The room was very small and pretty basic. I had to pay for internet access in the room.No shuttle to and from airport. They did not have our reservation that we did trough letsbookhotel.com and they put us in a small corner room.
