  The warmest of greetings from the very helpful and accommodating staff. Mathieu graciously carried all our luggage to our third floor room and smiled the entire way ( poor man). The room was spectacular, so much so we did not even want to leave to go out for dinner. Loved the spa bath and late checkout. Absolutely fantastic service. As an exp - We loved our loft, it was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities of home! After arriving, we realized that we could have entertained friends right there instead of going out for dinner...with the red brick walls, hardwood floors, leather couches and one of the most comfortable beds in the world, we now know where we will stay everytime we are in Montreal!! Thank you so much!!

  A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.   We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were excellent and reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting out on the decks overlooking Lac Sable and later swimming there.(Beach access included in the price of the room) - Everything was really good! The food was excellent, the facility was not crowded.

  This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   Very clean. Breakfast o.k. Good staff. The bar area is relaxing during the day with comfortable seating. We stayed there before and were satisfied. - The staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and new, the rooms were very large and the cleaning staff were attentive.
