  Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Also appreciated the pool and especially the hot tub - wonderful after a day on the road. The staff in the restaurant were very good and we enjoyed the complimentary bre... what people say » akfast. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (mainta - I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly.   When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. - Really liked the Bar.   - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel.   The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd.   My accomodation was very roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had a nice variety with a bright eating area. For the price, it was great. They are also dog friendly. - Very convenient to the pool & ice rink. Comfortable Beds, Nice variety for breakfast
