  Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Also appreciated the pool and especially the hot tub - wonderful after a day on the road. The staff in the restaurant were very good and we enjoyed the complimentary bre... what people say » akfast. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (mainta - I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! We booked online and everything was ready for us to go to our room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so clean.   We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us. I would book this hotel again for next year except this time I would book sooner than later this time - The rooms were clean and kept that way during our stay.
