The location was great for getting around to and from the Vancouver area. The kids loved the waterslide. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable, Price was right. kids loved the waterslide at the pool and begged to go back again and again. The family loved it here,. Great restaurant, great rooms and beds, perfect near-airport hotel, shuttle service both from and to the airport was also excellent.
all reviews » Our room had direct access to the outdoor pool and was nice and clean. My 2 nights stay was awesome the bed and pillows are comfy!!!. close to Vancouver and airport, price was right. Good location for the money spend. Facilities pool slide etc. I liked the location. Style and ambiance. Great value. excellent. Comfortable bed. Decent bathroom. Airport service. The lobby, the location. Swimming pool. Gym is good. nothing. The TV could be a bit bigger. Female Staff member at the pool was impossibly rude when we asked for towels. Refused to answer us when spoken to. Very busy looking surfing the internet on computer. Didn't ruin our experience but she clearly hates her job. The proximity to the pool area made for a high noise level due to groups hanging out there at night and talking. The wifi didnt work I couldnt get a signal in my room I had to come down to use it and the housekeeper in my room did not take care of my stuff when we left the room to roam around the city when we came back our stuff wasnt left the same way a bit disappointed I hope the management will be kind enough to remind their employees to be careful when cleaning rooms. no hot water on first day at resort, had to ask for a discount on the room....I believe it should have been offered once the problem was pointed out...... Slow Wi-Fi. Old TV set. Location isolated. Had to walk outside to get to Denny's. Not that bad an inconvenience, however. More staff at check in please!. improper billing in restaurant amount greater than the due. I was over charged from $139 base +21 tax for $160 to $191 or $30 more--- and still fighting the discrepency. I had no incidental charges. The room, the bed ,the bathroom. The photos are from the newer section of the hotel. They put us in the old section misleading at best. too small swimming pool. Staff is really not friendly (exception was Chops restaurant which was great). Rooms are getting old. way over priced. poor value for the cost. slightly better than a motel at best!!.
