The Motel and the rooms are well maintained and clean. We slept well in a quiet room. The staff was very friendly and informative. We will not hesitate to stay there again and recommend others to do the same. -
Undergoing some renovations, our room had two new beds, a new 40+" flat screen tv and a refrigerator!

Enthusiastic and motivated staff, a huge room with big bathroom (with bath), good restaurant which isn't too overpriced, beautifully comfortable beds and a good gym and swimming pool.

Despite the fact that the hotel looked really luxurious, the staff were very friendly and down do earth.
The decor was amazing and the rooms were very spacious.
No charge for wireless internet connection.
A fabulous business office where you could keep in touch with your work.
Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces.
The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable.
There is a Starbucks on site - how good can it get?

Loved the opportunity to stay at your lodge, no tv, no internet, no phone and two glasses of wine next to a beautiful fireplace. So relaxing, we went to the lake Louise hotel and were amazed at how commercialized it was. So happy we stayed at moraine lake instead. It was a bit on the expensive side. We would be more eager to come back sooner if there were some incentives. At this point we are not.planning another trip due to.the cost.

Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite! The bed was incredibile, the pillows and duvet were like sleeping on a cloud with just the right weight and temperature. The air tub was just what was needed after a full day of skiing, follwed by resting infront of the wood burning fireplace. The only thing that topped our hotel stay was the great downhill skiing. A perfect combination! -

I love the dark tones of this hotel room and the large standing shower (no tub) with the "rain" style faucet was perfect. The staff were completely awesome, friendly and helpful. I hear they'll be starting some renovations sometime within the next year too and I would most definetly stay here again, with or without the reno's. Terrific experience!
