  We had a fantastic stay! Staff were more than accommodating, room clean and well taken care of. Very considerate staff as we have some mobility problems. Desk staff gave us a ground room even as we registered, much appreciated. We will stay again for sure. - Wehad a wonderful stay as usual.   Spent 2 very enjoyable nights there recently with our friends from Australia. It was comforting to come back to such nice rooms after spending the days out exploring Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was large with large bedrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished and the kitchen stuff were all of a great quality. The balcony was great and there was a nice grill inside the balcony. The airconditioners were working great. I'm sure this place is one of the best places to stay in Canmore.

  Just stayed one night for a wedding nearby.. And it was so nice! They had to upgrade our room at no additional cost and it was a 2 queen room with a full kitchen. Everything was new and very nice! Will definitely stay here again if I'm near here again. - Accommodations and staff were excellent

  We have stayed at best western on the last two trips to Canada, staying 14 days each trip. I have an elderly relative living in Canada so it makes it very easy to be picked up on our days out. It is also ideal for accessing the c train where we have traveled the length and breadth of Calgary linking up with the bus services.   I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   The staff was very pleasant and helpful, right from check-in to the servers in the restaurant. I was meeting someone who ended up being delayed so I had supper alone and the servers made me feel so welcome.
