  I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. The hotel is 3 kms from the Falls,overlooking the river and nicely removed from all the noise of Clifton Hills, yet just a nice walk away. The rooms are modern, clean... what people say » and very comfortable but do not have a mini-fridge or micro-oven. Parking is free, as is WiFi and the hotel offers a very good hot complimentary brea - 4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space. Ample free parking is provided and the complimentary hot buffet offers a good range of food. Coffee is always available. The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.

  Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing. Loads to do in the vicinity. Bought an 'Adventure Pass' to 'Behind the Falls', 'Niagara Fury', 'White Water Walk' and of course, the 'Maid of the Mist' boat ride to the heart of the falls.   We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and comfortable, convenient to everything! We were able to walk to the Skylon Tower for dinner and we can walk down to the falls I'd we wanted to (which we might do a... what people say » ctually). The service was very reasonable. Not super warm, fuzzy and friendly but indeed friendly, helpful, attentive none the less. I don't need ppl - We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast. Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.
