I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -

... ce que les gens disent » ery nice! It was very spacious and clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The location was execellent, it was a 5 minute drive to all the attractions and the outlet mall was directly across the street! I would definitely stay at the Ramada again!!

Pres de plusieurs services. - Hotel très bien situé, proche de toutes les attractions. Chambre très propre et bien confortable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je le conseille fortement lorsqu'on paie 140 à 160 dollars par nuit.

La tranquillité...les murs sont très bien insonorisés et nous n'entendions rien de ce qui se passait dans les autres chambres ou dans le corridor. - L'accès à la piscine intérieur est très intéressante pour les journées pluvieux et la salle d'entraînement est muni d'une télévision.

I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. The hotel is 3 kms from the Falls,overlooking the river and nicely removed from all the noise of Clifton Hills, yet just a nice walk away. The rooms are modern, clean

4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space.
Ample free parking is provided and the complimentary hot buffet offers a good range of food.
Coffee is always available.
The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

Nous avons passé une nuit au Hilton pour aller visiter les chutes du Niagara et le personnel a su nous aider pour réserver notre visite ainsi que pour commander un taxi pour aller jusqu'à l'aéroport de Buffalo tôt le lendemain matin (ils ont appelé plusieurs compagnies de taxi pour que nous bénéficions du tarif le moins cher). L’hôtel se trouve en plein centre de la ville Niagara Falls a 5 minutes a pieds des chutes et en face de l'arrêt du bus "We Go", ce qui est très pratique. L'ensemble du personnel est très accueillant. Le dîner avec un buffet à volonté ainsi que le petit déjeuner proposent des plats excellents, que l'on ne trouvera pas en France pour les mêmes prix!

First time here. Booked online and it is exactly how the pics are online but better we absolutly loved this hotel we are defiantly going to make that our hotel of first choice . We go to Niagara Falls often and hard to choose a hotel without paying big bucks this one is affordable we got it at 99 a night online and the hotel is stunning clean and everyone is friendly defiantly coming back soon:)

Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing.
Loads to do in the vicinity. Bought an 'Adventure Pass' to 'Behind the Falls', 'Niagara Fury', 'White Water Walk' and of course, the 'Maid of the Mist' boat ride to the heart of the falls. The Go Bus' was included in

Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.

Hotel modern, clean.good location to Napoli restaurant which was excellent!
When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our
accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in
the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and
comfortable, convenient to everything! We were able to walk to the
Skylon Tower for dinner and we can walk down to the falls I'd we

Not super warm, fuzzy and friendly but indeed friendly, helpful,

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was
centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us
both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so
this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast.
Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.

We had a wonderful 2 days here. Loved it, close to everything. Free breakfast was simply delicious. Enjoyed our leisurely evening drinks also. We told everyone how nice we had it. We will be back. Thank you so much for everything. -
Nice facility very close to the Falls, Skylon and all the the central attractions. Reasonable room rate.
