I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again!. I stayed in the King Suite which was very nice! It was very spacious and clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The location was execellent, it was a 5 minute drive to all the attractions and the outlet mall was directly across the street! I would definitely stay at the Ramada again!!.
all reviews » Hotel beds are wonderful, rooms are spacious, nice pool. Don Cherrys grill is downstairs oferring great prices on breakfast and snacks. Outlet mall is across the street. Cab fare is $12.50 to Fallsview casino. This was my 2nd stay here. For $25 you can upgrade to a king suite room. It was spacious, clean and tastefully designed to give a feel of elegance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. it was a short driving distance to the falls and right across from the factory outlet stores. I love the outlet mall across the street. I also really liked most of the staff, they were very kind and helpful. I would definitely consider coming back again. The king suite is big with a separate room with the couch and TV. Comfortable bedding. Fridge and microwave. Not lose to Falls but nt the purpose of our trip. Cleaning staff provided fresh towels when requested male housekeeping staff helped us with our luggage as no luggage carts available fridge in ea room. I like the cleanness of the hotel, staff were very helpful, the location of the hotel, the price was reasonable, and the hotel is very quiet. 1. conveniently located close to outlet, highway and driving distance to niagara falls 2. room size and cleanliness of room was excellent. We opted to leave our car there instead of trying to find our way around the city. Its too far away to walk anywhere except thenice mall across the street. N/A. Noises in the hallway and from the other room...the fact that we had to pay $10 for parking, wasn't aware of that upfront. I did not like the noise of the fan inside the bathroom when I turned on sometimes. Coffee maker, but no coffee pot. Knobs on A/C were broken, impossible to adjust. Gym facilities are starting to show their age, gym had a water cooler, but no water. the check in and out was slow, very busy weekend. The entire staff at the desk was only two less then 17 years old boys and they were not friendly and not willing to help. There should be no kids working at the check-in desk, this was ridicules.The officials from letsbookhotel.com should investigate why school children are allowed to work at this hotel specially during the night time?. what i did not like was you do not get enough movie channels. Taxes and unexpected fees added over 46% to the final bill. air conditioner in the bedroom wasn,t working, so it was a bit warm, we left the outer area one on and the whirlpool bath was so noisy we were afraid to keep running it. Getting woke up at 5am for an hour with the fire alarm going off. The check in time at the hotel was 4pm and the room was not ready we had to wait 40minutes for the room to room cleaned. Upon check out they tried to charge more for the room. paying for parking. pool was small. I did not like the lighting situation and the fact the air conditioner was near the reading chair. Room was right next to exit so everytime someone entered or left the door banged and the air conditioner unit was very noisy would have had a better sleep further from the entrance or if room was sound proofed. The hot tub drain stop was broken. After first use the toilet paper dispenser fell off the wall. Light on bedroom ceiling had broken bulb and no cover. There was insufficient parking for the number of guests!!. A lil far from clifton hill (8 mins drive) But still convenient. not enough handicap parking, having to pay for parking, I had special requests which were overlooked, and too many service charges. I did not like the long walk to my room and the noise. My room was next to elevator. Washroom had some black mold spots too. outside door keeps slamming. didn't like the pool area and no whirlpool. No one would answer the phone when calling the front desk. hot water was warm not hot. the water pressure was low vacuuming the hallway in the morning is too annoying. Sparse elevator access to floors. parking fee. didn't like having to pay to park. This is the first time this happened to us . Poor welcome to guest . no discount prices for returning guest ( we were), no entertainment activities in the hotel ( even indoor pool), no play game area. Shower water pressure poor at best. Had to wait 8 mins for any hot water. Garbage truck at 6:13 AM not great woke us up.
