The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right beside the train station and on the main street, when I booked I was worried about the noise but my stay there proved I had no concern to worry as the hotel rooms were very quiet. We had a pleasant stay.

Excellent central location surrounded by good restaurants and shops.

3pm check late and was rigidly adhered to. There was a long queue by 3pm and only one receptionist which meant quite a wait (25 mins) to get checked in which is unusual for a hotel of this quality.

first impression was that of a clean well run hotel, good choice at breakfast

shower unit difficult to adjust with soapy or arthritic hands, an anti-slip mat or patch in the bath could be useful for some guests

Basic hotel services were good, e.g. breakfast. The Internet connection existed, but was overpriced. Excellent central location: railways, tram, connecting bus to Brussels airport on the other side of the street.

The hotel is perfectly situated and is remarkably quiet considering it is on such a busy street.

The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast. My room (706) was very quiet and allowed smoking. The hotel is very close to the central train station.

Room was quite despite being in city centre, nice and clean room.

The jacuzzi shoul have been activated, only the pool was ready to use for guests.

It was close by the station. It had a good breakfast and the staf wereall very helpful. The price was good value. I would stay there again.

My room had ac working, but the room of my friends didn't and othersthat we met there did not have ac either
