A very comfortable Hotel. Lovely spacious rooms that were cleaned to a very high standard. Excellent Buffet Breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioned rooms and local parking. Everything you could want. Being approched by Beggars doesnt make u feel safe.Some of the smaller lights were not working in the room - Smell of cigarette in the corridors. very dangerous! the stairs behind the diningroom. there is no warning on the door. People can make a very dangerous fall.too much noise on the streets. I didn't like the bed. It was too soft and I didn't sleep well at all for all the nights that i was there.problem with heating of large room... curtains, carpet and balconi were very dirty. The carpet in the room was dirty as well as in the hallways, streets were noisy, walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours talking or tv. Couple of broken things, like a light and the shower head holder.There was a house party going on somewhere in the building. The window could not close properly. There was quite a bit of street noise (we had a room at the front). the room and the bathroom were dirty, smelled of smoke.Waiting in reception on arrival for reservation settlement.

The public car park entrance allows cars up to 1.85 metres high, for larger cars there is a parking garage underneath Antwerp Central Station. When parking at the public parking garage 'Diamant', next to the hotel, guests can make use of a discount if they mention this at the reception. Please note that from 07 November 2011 until the end of 2012 there will be major construction works on the Keyserlei. This will affect the access for the hotel. Guests are kindly requested to check the local council site for Antwerp for more information.
