size of room. The staff was very helpful. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk (with luggage) from the train station (Centraal).I stay there for the 3rd time as I am absolutely satisfied for my money. The stuff is very cooperative. The position in the City center makes another advantage. No reason for any unsatisfaction. Very friendly and helpful staff. We even had the choice between two rooms.all reviews »
Good location, competent and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, very good niveau for the price. Central location, quiet rooms. Room size. Central. Location is great for eating out. Beds were nice and big, room was spacious, the room was clean, although very worn out. Reception personnel friendly.location of the hotel. No tea or coffee in room. Needs a new lift (not working 1 day). Expensive parking. A little modernising would not go amiss.Old crappy furniture, way overpriced hotel. Compare for example Hotel De Keyser which for the same price is like from a different planet. The room was very worn out, and renovations were done very poorly, with chinese, obviously very cheap parts. For example, the shower holder was broken, and closet doors were almost falling out. Bathroom smelled clearly moldy. Not a three star hotel, although that's how it is listed...Should not be classed as a hotel it just has rooms on floors. Elevator did not work. We had to climb three floores all the time. No tea coffee facitlities , neither shampoo and bath cap in the bathroom.the attitude of the manager making poor jokes on people's name ...
