The location in the center of the city, very close to Centraal Station and to the bus for airport and the breakfast. The Location of the Hotel,1st Class location if you travel by train,and the Breakfast excellent value. It was right across from the train station, and close to all the shops and bars. In the centre of the City, bars and resturants, train station all within walking distance. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selections.

I believe, nowadays WiFi in the hotel is a must. entrance of the hotel infront of the exit door need repair,especially raining time alwayz ....Found a shattered lightbulb and melted lampshade beside the bed - it was promptly changed when reported. Would have liked tea making facilities in room. Dirty cutlery.the internet connection. Doesnt work very well and costs 8 bucks an hour. The noise. The hallways were very dark. the towels were a little small and old. Puddle and soggy mat at front entrance. The only criticism I have is that it the rooms could do with a refurb, but they are very comfortable and have plenty of wardrobe space.The room was very hot and the aircon did not work. The room smelled smokey. I kept the wiindow open the whole 4 days I stayed and the last day it smelled fresh.Car park was small, access difficult and manouevring very tricky. Too many cars were allowed in. But at least there was car parking which was essential for us as we were accompanied by my disabled and elderly mother. This floor was being renovated, so a lot of noise very early in the morning, but I guess that was just temporary. One of the streets is used by pedestrians at night and therefore a bit noisy. The carpet in the corridor was not in a good shape also in the room some small repairs would be necessary. The entrance on the outside totally didn't match the inside (which was really nice).difficult to get in if you drive by car. the bathroom was clean but around the seals especially round the bath need attention. Windows were a bit drafty and even though we were on the 5th floor found the streets below a little noisy. My room was fitted with air conditioning - but it was an extra €5.00 a night to have it turned on...Last time, noisy both outside and in during the middle of the night but this time OK; sometimes the sidestreets can be noisy in the small hours. lighting in room itself.
