Location of the hotel was excellent. Close by to all shops and restaurants and also walking distance to the ferry terminals and the aquatics centre where they have a turtle hospital. Hotel was amazing, clean, modern and very big rooms. Very useful having a washer/dryer in the bathroom. Great facilities. 2Yo son stayed free of charge using the sofa bed in the lounge room. Unit cleaned daily, including the dishes (this was unexpected but pleasantly accepted). Concierge acknowledged us and our son every time, including giving him an Easter egg on Easter morning.

Marc at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our requirements weren't any trouble at all. The beds were very comfortable. Pool was great and so was the gym. Restaurants were right at our door step. We will be back. Thank you. the lady at the front desk was awesome, i wish that i could remember her name. Helped me with all of my enquires and booked taxi's for me. Friendly and efficient and a credit to you. She processed my booking, please pass on my thanks. Rooms are quite spacious, bathrooms immaculate, there's an outdoor balcony and huge bed, local beer in the minibar! I've stayed in Townsville a couple of times and this was by far the best place I've stayed. Will be coming back!. easy access to the cbd, really comfy rooms and outstanding hospitality 10/10 for me, great stay overall and I will be coming back next time im in town. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, nice large clean room, fancy bathroom and very comfortable bed. Located right in the middle of all the restaurants. The check-in staff - when they couldn't fulfill our request for a sofa bed room, called to discuss options. No request was too much hassle. Upgraded to one bed roomed apartment - loads of room and very comfortable. Good to have parking available at no extra cost. Great location- close to CBD and restaurants. Staff from front office to housekeeping warm, friendly and welcoming. close to restaurants and the strand quiet no traffic or city noise basic but clean room with most things needed. Location was very central to cafes and restaurants and our one bedroom apartment was very spacious. Room was nice and clean, well set out. Very close to restaurants and such. Staff were lovely. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was finished to a high standard. Nice cleaning staff. Everything. Wished we had allocated more time to Townsville. Very petty dislikes really.... No jug to put water in the fridge. And mini bar chocolates were restocked (although we had just moved them in the fridge away from our 2yo). We then decided instead of complaining, we will just eat the chocolates anyway :-). all good. My room shared a common (locked) corridor with the neighbouring room, which was a little noisy at times (during the night it sounds like your neighbour is entering your room - woke me a couple of times). I realise this is something the hotel can't change as it's part of the design and probably allows for the larger rooms, so it's a small price to pay =). the swipe keys should have an arrow on them. Didn't have the ability to change rooms as was full house - due to Groove in the Moo. Nothing. would have liked a more comfortable couch to relax on also more comfortable dining chairs. The walls seemed a bit then and we could hear neighbours conversations and tv. Bed was very hard, also requested 1 large bed but got 2 small ones pressed together, kept falling down the middle. Not enough pillows. Room overlooking carpark Noisy young kids next door amplified through aircon ducting early each morning. Single beds put together for a King size bed. Fell through the middle. Bed was a little to soft for us. A Bit expensive. I meant to combine some work with leisure but the desk position did not encourage me to sit there. I should probably say 'thank you' for that because it made sure I had a real break. Some of the furniture in the room was badly stained to the point I did not wish to use it. The carpets in the hallway to our room were also very badly stained. Even when I indicated to staff regarding the furniture in our room being stained, nothing was done to change that. Noisy room. Rude checkout staff Disabled bathroom. The side street was loud with street cars and miter bikes doing drive by.
