What people say

Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. Botanic Garden was also just across the street which was great. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the room was very comfortable and the balcony was great too. We paid extra for the harbor view and it was well worth it. There were many restaurants at the harbor as well which was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.
all reviews I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy. Cost of room on special,Highly professional Customer service from the very beginning, apartment style room, spa, great harbour views including lunar park/Sydney harbour bridge and location to all main city tourist spots on circular key area, city night life and all the wonderful lights at night in the harbour, nice restaurant for breakfast next day with great coffee. Full kitchen and laundry equipment. We visited the hotel during the period from 02 February to 10 February 2013. The hotel is in the heart (center), the beautiful city, the service at the highest level - we arrived after twenty-hour flight - at night, hungry and ordered a room service meal and, of course, champagne. Served us quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to the staff for understanding and attention. Regards, Valentin. Location Location Location Close to opera house and harbour foreshore .Staff made us feel really welcome and encouraged you to feel right at home. Usually stay in another large motel when in sydney. In future we would not stay any where else but here. Spectacular location, staff are professional but genuinely welcoming. Balcony facing the harbour bridge- need I say more? This will be our new Sydney home away from home, perfect for business and family. Everything. Service was excellent. The design and furnishings in the room were stylish and a little different, not like a normal hotel room. The pool and gym really good. Location was excellent! The ability to walk everywhere from the hotel made our stay for Vivid easy! The view of the bridge was excellent as was the outdoor balcony!. Lovely hotel, great staff wow! They were outstanding and professionally friendly too. Excellent location and rooms are lovely and comfortable. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff from our arrival through to our departure. The comfort of our room and the excellent location. Both my husband and I loved the harbour, watching ferries and huge liners coming and going. The nightly colour event was fabulous. The apartment was exceptional, one of the best we have stayed in. We wished we could have stayed more than one night. Location is unbeatable. Staff were excellent and rooms are outstanding. Will definitely be back. The service was excellent with staff happy to help make stay that little bit more comfortable. Size and comfort of apartment; washing facilities; location and view; courteous helpful staff. The proximity to the city was excellent, the view of the harbour bridge was outstanding. Spectacular views over Sydney Harbour Bridge. Best location on Circular Quay. Room was fantastic. Excellent views of the harbour. Lovely spa in room. Great service suites were modern big rooms quality inclusions. The spacious room/suite. The great location Great service. The view from harbour side. Spa bath. great location, room design and staff. The view, the location the service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Top Class service at all levels. View, modern room decor, price. the position is sensational. the service was great. Location Staff. room service. the location. Location. Location. I was disappointed with the quality of housekeeping. Upon check in the room was great but during our 5 nights stay it seemed that they did the bare minimum. Only replaced toiletries and made the bed. They do not tidy up anything even very obvious messes that are smack in the middle of the room. I also noticed that whenever we used their kitchen utensils they take them away and don't replace them. By the last night we had no more mugs and spoons for coffee!. Everything was fantastic, i didn't like that i had to leave :). Expensive parking, expensive wifi, expensive mini bar, rooms are expensive if you don't get a good rate via letsbookhotel.com in advance. Nothing. Paying for Internet always a turn off. Nothing! We would stay here again!. Nothing. We felt the train from Airport to Circular Quays was very expensive. Nothing. Not much not to like. Having to pay for wifi was disappointing. Breakfast on bed inclusive option would be a nice touch as well. Other than that, the perfect hotel. I thought we were getting a room with a view of the harbour and not a large tree in the botanical gardens, my fault in not clarifying. Not much point in having a balcony to look at a tree. Absolutely nothing. Room service food was very ordinary. My husband ordered a steak burger and the piece of steak was all grissle. I ordered fish and chips and the fish was dry and over cooked. Breakfast was very ordinary. There was a difference in the tariff booked with booking .com and paid to Pulman [ 246 to 270] Regrettably did not have the booking .com confirmation with me to challenge on departure. Garden view disappointing from rm 410 No complimentry coffee for coffee machine. not much; but nespresso pods @$3 a bit rich, and gym could do with some free weights. The microwave needed to be re-set, but a minor problem. The price - each night over the weekend was more expensive. It would be better to offer a weekend package or a food discount. Couldn't stay longer. Nothing. rooms brilliantly appointed but starting to look A little tired. Cost to stay. I did not have a waterfront room. Serious housekeeping issues when we arrived. were rectified the next day but really shouldn't of happened at a hotel of this rating. Fittings and bathrooms outdated Shower in ensuite not working When I booked there was no reference to park rooms, only water view rooms which is what I thought I had booked. Aircon in room blows cold air straight onto bed. Totally unacceptable! Lights in kitchen broken. Has the manager ever stayed the night? Checkout person was incredibly slow and quite unfriendly.
