The location was fantastic and so close to everything. Easy walk to Circular Quay and also to Pitt St Mall and Darling Harbour. Lots of eating places nearby so no need to cook. The studio apartment was spacious enough for us, the bed was very comfortable and having the kitchen and laundry facilities was a bonus. The front reception staff were always very friendly greeting us as we went past and very helpful. The room was also very quiet as it wasn't above a main road but only a lane way. I w. all reviews
Excellent appartment with everything you need - including a washing machine. Large and very nice rooms. The hotel is in the middle of the city - ten minutes walk to the Circular Quay and five minutes walk to the mall and all the shopping opportunities. Darling Harbour is also close.
Staff is very service minded.
Great apartment hotel in a top location. We had 3 of us stay, and
utlised the sofa bed - the 1 bedroom apartment was really roomy and was
very comfortable for the 3 of us to stay. Really good kitchen facilities
if you opt to use them. We would definitely stay here again. Staff were
friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed the square footage of the apartments - the full-size kitchen with large appliances, the large living area, and the large bedroom. The washer/dryer in the apartment was such a convenience.
The staff was so friendly!
Thank you for a great stay!.
Convenient location easy walking distance to Circular Quay and shops. Well furnished apartment with everything you need - especially well equipped kitchen with a decent sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Staff always friendly and helpful.
In middle of city yet away from the noisy parts ... I booked this hotel deliberately to be central to The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Navy Base Area for sight seeing and relaxation whilst holidaying and seeing Manchester United Play at Olympic Stadium.
Central location, but quiet. Good access to public transport, and within walking distance to Circular Quay and Opera House, etc. Staff were very lovely. It was great to have the kitchen and the washing machine.
Centrally located. Full kitchen even in the studio apartment. Well equipped gym. Half hour free internet daily in the reception area. Room serviced promptly. Good supermarket nearby on King and George Street.
Great central location off Martin Place - close to the top end bars, restaurants and shops, plus Circular Quay/Rocks/Opera House.
Full kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment was great.
Location is good for reaching all attractions within walking distance.
The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.
An extra plus for the washing machine.
Staff was very helpful.
Central, but quiet position handy for all transport links, shopping and tourist attractions. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff.
Great location in the CBD for business as well as being in walking distance to other venues for entertainment at night.
Rooms surprisingly very quite.
Staff were able to give accurate and specific advice, timetables and directions for public transport.
Easy walk to everything.
King size bed.
Everything was within walking distance. Shopping, Opera house, bridgeclimb, Capitol Theatre, Channel seven, Casino & Darling harbour...
Apartments were very spacious and had kitchen and laundry. Location great for city visit, no view but very close to everything.
Good location to see the sites of central sydney. Well maintained and
clean. Kitchen and laundry very convenient.
Apt clean and good size for family of 3. Great location. Full kitchen and laundry. Staff friendly and helpful.
The Kitchen, was able to cook healthy meals for the duration of my stay! I was like being at home!.
Clean spacious and well equipped apartment which was serviced daily. Location excellent.
THe staff was very friendly and helped us with all our requests with no problems at all.
Serviced apartment was large and clean and modern

Great location in the city.
Apartment style (full kitchen, lounge room, laundry). Location. Comfortable king bed.
location and full kitchen and laundry facilities and it was very quiet at night.
Location, friendliness of staff, the small bottle of milk in the refrigerator.
The convienance of being in the centre of sydney. And it was very quiet.
The balcony was a surprise and provided amore spacous apartment.
The apartments were near the venue for a course that I attended.

Location & Staff.
Convenient location.
Location, Quiet.
Space.
Location was first class. Staff were friendly and helpful and they took
note of the fact that our flight got in at 7am and checked us in
immediately we got there - about 9am.
The room didn't get much sun so was fairly dark but it didn't matter as we're out most of the time anyway so it wasn't really a dislike.
No complaints :).
I wasn't so fond of the street (lane, alley?) on which the Medina was located. The street was dark and did not feel safe at night.
The apartment was dark because it faced a huge office building which blocked the sun.
Was a bit hard to find the place initially as it is down a service lane and there wasn't much natural light in the room due to proximity to neighbouring building. No big complaints though as we were out and about all day and once you know where the place is, its very handy. Didn't feel unsafe.
Only issue Son and I had entire time was the Fridge we had was noisy, but this was causewd by some ice racks and shelves vibrating, otherwise everything else was excellent.
Water in shower, pressure was low, and it was fiddly to control water temperature.
A little hard to find as it's hidden down Hoskin Place off Castlereagh St.
The big balcony had sorry to say no view, only an ugly wall.
Design of shower, difficult for partially disabled, elderly or even short people to access. Noisy fridge.
Getting into shower over the large hob was difficult.
Noisy fridge all night.
Noisy outside with building works going on next door so couldnt use balcony or open balcony doors.
Nothing.
No parking on site- though staff directed us to parking station block and a half away.
The darkness of the room as it is on a narrow side-street facing another
building. But it was fairly quite because of this.
It was fine and we will stay again. Washing machine in our apartment was broken but staff let us use one in apartment next door. Only cleaned room if we left sign out.
The staff didn't advise us they were using our credit card to hold a bond of $440, even though when we checked out we paid the full amount of the room which was only $395.
Balconies in lane way. No city view.
Lack of free wi-fi. Poor reception on television. Back alley window views.
The difficulty of finding a good restaurant within walking distance and one that did not expect you to wait on the sidewalk for up to 45 minutes for the privilege of eating there.
No view.
Having the shower over the bath and the bath being extremely it was difficult to get in and out. We are both over 70 years old.
Not much of a view.
Porr Tv reception.
I didn't like your car parking system because you didn't show
car parking price with the room price and don't have any assistant
for help any tourist after 6.pm and that is very unfair.
nothing.
Having only 2 plates, cups, knives, forks, etc. Although the apartment only sleeps 2 it would have made preping and servinvg meals much easier.
No treadmill, and the bathroom was not clean. The cupboards and wall tiles have not been wiped over for a very long time. I was very disappointed with the lack of hygiene.
nothing in particular.
lack of city view.
No views.
Noise in the street during the night.
Only view, office block, 10m across laneway.
parking station partner was full, with no other option available.
Shower tap was broken - receptionist fixed it straight away and it
seemed it was a common problem at this hotel. Hob in the shower was very
high and difficult for an older person.
bed was a bit hard.
The shower recess - I didn't like having to climb in and out of it - not good for a dodgy back.
Entry to bathroom and kitchen has raised tile. It is too easy to stub and injure toes.
Room heating was not able to be adjusted - could be faulty. No DVD player available.
Entrance via alleyway one side and a narrow side street the other. Looks
a bit down market - we didn't want friends to see where we were
staying! Rooms are a bit tired and in need of uplift. Having said that,
there was everything we needed and it was clean. Bed very comfortable.
In terms of Sydney prices it was pretty reasonable.
