Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom.   The receptionist (Trudy) is the nicest women ever. She made our trip so enjoyable and she was so helpful and friendly. She advised on the best trips to do, where to eat, she printed our boarding passes...She couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived early and weren't sure if we would get to check in that early but this was no trouble at all. All... what people say » the 1 bed apt were gone so she put us in the penthouse apt....It was fab and such a treat as we were on our honeymoon. The pool was fab and it overlo - Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.

  Fully refurbished apartment, modern and contemporary feel. Kitchen was very well stocked, would rival most homes! Spacious clean light bathrooms and of course a massive balcony. - Everything, the location was great very central to the shops and eateries at Noosaville, and unit was nicely appointed and the swimming pool was great.

The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there.   Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation. I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort. The pool was gorgeous, the breakfast was superb, and the ho - We really liked the layout of Palm Royale and so many swimming pools from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and we would stay again.
