The friendly family atmosphere which you notice as soon as you walk through the door, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the bedrooms. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. Great facilities for a family with young children and access to SeaWorld so easy. Staff efficient and helpful. Great pool area for children and the SpongeBob light show each night was the highlight of their day!!!.

The hotel was family oriented. Need not go anywhere else because the hotel has lots of Amenities. Access to Seaworld each day was great and reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. seaworld,kids club was fantastic,my 5 year old loved the staff and the offering. Great location to visit SeaWorld and excellent Japanese restaurant. The location, facilities, value for money. Resort pool is awesome..my kids loved it. kids love to play at water park. very nice place to stay. kids friendly. the water park for the kids and the character appearances and special sea world discount on entry tickets. If I was to stay again I probably wouldn't eat at your restaurant the food was poor and processed it definitely didnt reflect the cost of each item I ordered. Food over priced for what was presented. felt the hotel was a little overpriced compared with others we have stayed at but guess you pay for the location Rooms a little tired but clean and airy. Extend the meet and greet time wirh the characters . We booked a deal on the internet but felt we were then given the room in the most furthest corner of the resort where the gardens were almost dead and pathways need a big clean. the room was clean and comfortable. the buffet dinner was very disappointing with tasteless seafood and for the price would expect a much higher standard of food. Nothing not to like. spa was too cold sauna didn't work. N/A. hv to wait long for the dolphin presentation. the room and facilities look a little dated (we stayed in a twin room) for the price and would expect at least a microwave in the room to warm up milk etc. The food and the service ! (both breakfast buffet and seafood/dinner buffet) So poor. Very disappointed with the quality, presentation and the taste. Understand they were very busy because of Easter holiday but that wasn't an excuse for being so rude in service. (Not all staff were rude, only some in the lobby restaurant) Unless you just want to be close to Seaworld and don't care about having good dinner with your family and don't care about service, this will be fine. Price wise : too much !.

Additional parking is available next door at Sea World Marine Park. Security deposit is required at check-in. Credit card - $50. 00 per night of stay allows you to room charge. On reaching this limit you must settle current charges. Further authorisation required for balance nights of stay to continue to room charge.
