The receptionist (Trudy) is the nicest women ever. She made our trip so enjoyable and she was so helpful and friendly. She advised on the best trips to do, where to eat, she printed our boarding passes...She couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived early and weren't sure if we would get to check in that early but this was no trouble at all. All the 1 bed apt were gone so she put us in the penthouse apt....It was fab and such a treat as we were on our honeymoon. The pool was fab and it overlo. all reviews
Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.
My partner and I stay for 3 nights, the view from our apartment was spectacular. Trudy was a very friendly when we checked in and helped us with our tours. When i go back to Airlie Beach I would stay here again.
Martinique is also only walking distance to the main street where all the shops are.
The view from the apartment was fantastic . There was a wonderful pool and garaging for the car plus enough equipment to make a simple meal after a long day. The bed was so comfortable. Excellent position for the town and the coast. The resident managers were brilliant at booking excursions .
Loved the location, could see everything; Front desk was extremely helpful and made us laugh; spaciousness of the 1 bedroom, outside dining area for each apt; pool and spa were beautiful; bbq area for grilling; good dvd library to borrow; nearby to Centennial walkway and the Main street.
The level of customer service, helpfulness and local knowledge and recommendations made by a manager/owner were AWESOME! Hotel pool with a sea-view just perfect! Definitely worth recommending to anyone interested in going to Whitsundays to have as a base for your trips out to the sea!.
We stayed in Apartment 2 and it had great views of the water. This was a great apartment because it was tucked away on the side which created extra privacy when you stepped out onto the balcony. it was a very spacious apartment and the tv and dvd facilities were top notch.
Pool is lovely is overlooked by all the apartments,but you dont feel you
are being 'watched' whilst enjoying the pool.Apartment was clean
and spacious with wonderful views to the Whitsunday islands from all
windows in our appartment.Very close to Airlie beach centre.
From the minute we walked through the door Trudy made us feel so welcome,she even gave us lift to the shops for supplies, the rooms are fantastic,lots of room and very clean, and the views were awesome I would recommend this resort to anyone, in fact I have already.
View is fabulous. Design is superb. Manager Peter is the best. We were touched by his detailed written driving instruction from Airlie beach to Golden Beach.
This is the bset resort in our short visit from June 2 to June 18 in five QLD and NSW stays.
Trudy!!!! She was amazingly helpful, friendly, kind, generous. We even got a surprise bottle of bubbles in our fridge when she found out we were on our honeymoon.
The room was clean, bed very comfy, modern. The infinity pool & spa were lovely.

The view was beautiful and the apartment was very large. The infinity pool overlooks the ocean. The view is staggeringly beautiful from the pool. I wanted to stay there all day. Staff at the reception were helpful and friendly.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, the view and position were outstanding, spacious apartment, enticing pool and spa. Close to restaurants but found it hard to leave the balcony and the view. An ideal apartment for sharing.
From the moment we arrived the lady running the apartments was so
friendly and helpful. She gave us valuable information on what to do and
see around Airlie Beach. Good clean and comfortable. We would definately

Our 1 bedroom apartment had an amazing view. The staff were very helpful with organizing tours and offered great advice.The apartment was very spacious and had a washer and dryer, and good cooking facilities.

We were greeted by cockatoos when we first entered the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and the pool looks great as well as offering great views. The entire complex looks beautiful.
My family had the pent house & lots of stairs, I was close to the
pool & only a few stairs, good for me. Trudy had a cold bottle of my
favourite wine in the fridge on my arrival.
Staff were very accommodating, great views, we were upgraded to a penthouse suite! Close to shops/beach/marina. Hotel allowed us to use their car instead of hiring one.
Apartments were really good, with excellent views of the beach and town. Really attractive building and a cool pool. Close to the town, with good restaurants.
Absolutely beautiful location with gorgeous view. The cockatoos drop by for a visit on the balcony for added entertainment.The pool is fantastic.

At 1st when you walk up the hill it's a nightmare, but you get use to it.
It's something you have to deal with if you want the views.
The hill after dinner and a glass of wine, but it was so close to the centre it was perfect. We could have done with a washing machine!.

The resort only had stairs to get around so it was difficult when arriving to wheel all the luggage around. This is also a problem for disabled people as it would be difficult to get around the resort in a wheelchair.
To get to the apartment you have to climb a very steep hill, may I
suggest you walk on the left hand side of the hill as it is less steep
than the right hand side (its still very steep) some smaller cars
struggled to get up the hill.

The view was beautiful but the hotel is up a very steep street. It was okay for us as we are active, but beware for those who aren't so mobile.

There was nothing we did not like but some shaded area around the pool would have been welcomed as it was very hot.
Service (reception is mostly open during the week, instead of weekends or when the guests come back from tours); Security (anybody can get into the hotel, as there code-lock doors or similar); Rubbish policy (guests have to empty their rubbish bins themselves or bear a 30 dollar cleaning fee -- outrageous for supposedly high-quality resort).

We could hear water running down pipes every time someone had a shower or flushed a toilet while we were in bed, only drawback to the place as we planned on sleeping in a bit in the mornings but this noise made it impossible.
