first time stayer. Can i just say it was a real eye opener room was fantastic for the occasion the location was great but the layout of the room for a family is what i find amazing.

Inside Room - not much light. Airconditioning in bedroom was poor. Airconditioning overall took some time to cool the area.

Fabulous, spacious and luxurious, brilliant location right in the centre of the city. Old world charm in the architecture and marble floors. Well-equipped kitchen, great for longer stays. Staff gave clear instructions for after-hours check-in.

We love the location and the apartment was very spacious and clean. The girls at the reception were friendly and helpful. MacArthur Chambers is always our preferred accommodation when in Brisbane.

Best location right in the heart of the CBD. Woolies, BWS and many other stores attached to the complex. Nice and spacious apartment with lots of history which was a lovely surprise. Loved it and will definitely stay again. Thank you :)

Beautiful comfortable room well appointed with all you need. Ice machine in fridge was good.

Apartment is very clean. Staff are very polite and helpful. Everything is in order as you told. It is in the heart of CBD so you can enjoy shopping in the morning and night life

Well designed, quiet, comfortable, convenient and well-appointed. I would recommend MacArthur Chambers to all of my friends. Also, we enjoyed the visit to the MacArthur Museum. It is worth recommending to all who stay.

The location was excellent - everything in walking distance. Preferred that it was a suite rather than just a bedroom and had a competitive rate. The car park is very secure.

All Good. Two bedrooms,two bathrooms, three toilets. Comfortable lounge/dining. Nice kitchen, but hey who want's to cook when there are so many nearby cafes.

Bathroom exhaust fan was not working - reported it, but staff said it was. It wasn'T.

Excellent location, fantastic apartments, very clean modern and so comfortable. Absolutely love staying here when we come to Brisbane! Request a room ending in '02' (I.E. 202, 302, 402, etc) as they are on the corner facing Queen St Mall and the aspect is incredibly light and airy with plenty of windows, just gorgeous!!

Room number ending in '07' situated on opposite corner of building was dark, cold and miserable! Didn't like this room at all due to poor natural light and proximity to neighbouring office block (that could see straight into our room hence curtains were drawn all the time!!). Room amenities & standard were terrific of course but just the lack of natural light and aspect was quite depressing!

Spacious units and great staff. Units were really quite too. Lounge rooms were so huge. Loved having 3 bathrooms :) Replacement of lost key so cheap.

One of our showers leaked a bit. $300 for bond is a little excessive. Extra towels should not cost

The location was a factor in choosing macarthur Chambers. On arrival , I found the staff to be friendly , informative and very helpful.

There was an unpleasant smell in the hallways and the lift. The hallways smelt mouldy/musty and the lift had a mild sewerage smell. This was commented on by all guests. There needs to be a neutraliser used on the carpet and maybe some diffusers/potpourri placed around - apart from that, all good..

Nice lay out, spacious apartment, comfortable stay.

All the warnings of dire consequences should anything be done against the many rules. Having to empty your own garbage out at the end of the stay. This is not cheap accomodation and shouldn't have petty notices all over. Overzealous officialdom.

The spa was not working (or turned off), and we were not notified or compensated. This was one of the primary reasons why we selected this apartment. We were very disappointed.

Front desk staff were lovely and very efficient. They helped me at a difficult time.

The location was brilliant as was the layout of the apartment. It was easy to get to and the girls at the front desk were always friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness was disgraceful. It was so bad that we had to go out and buy cleaning products and clean the apartment ourselves from top to bottom. We requested that it be cleaned shortly after we arrived and somebody came but still did not get it to a clean standard that was acceptable. This was really disappointing as everything else outside of cleanliness was good. Dont mind paying the money but I expect cleanliness above all else.

Non-existant staff, no explanantion for out of towners of complicated parking access,bland decor, and lack of cleanliness.
