Professional service Friendly team members who were attentative and accommodating to guests needs Rooms were clean, contemporary and comfortable Perfect location. It is located right in the things. Easy walk to shops, the river and botanic gardens. THe staff could not be more helpful. Really liked the 11am check out. Reception staff very friendly. Close to Myers Centre and Southbank. It was a ok size but the channels were fuzzy at times more often then usual, as well the sound on some of the channels was bad, very deep vibrations and echoing noise and it was not the station. Reminder to clean room. The elevators were broken. I thought for the price I paid the room was very tired looking. The hotel is "tired". The studio room was spacious enough, but the bathroom drain stank, the carpet was dirty and there was no soap, although there was shampoo and conditioner. My room was not cleaned on the first day. When I asked for it to be cleaned a man came u, changed the towels and left. There was often garbage collected on floor 13 that wasn't cleaned. The pool was freezing. We requested 4 single beds for 4 male co-workers and this was not supplied. instead they received a double and a sofa bed. two of the guys slept on the floor. Staff did not notify that breakfast was included for two. The fellows were very disapointed.
