spacious. separate study with fold out mattress thing. Lounge not a sofa, but spacious & comfortable. Walk to Eagle street pier. Very good value for money. Must pre-book parking, fills up quickly. We recieved quality customer service and were very well accommodated, i liked how clean and well presented the rooms were and it was just a great experience and always is when we stay at M on Mary !.
all reviews » The close promixity to the city, within a couple of blocks to the mall and all the shopping. Around the corner coffee shops and more for breakfast or brunch. our own space to relax in, it was quiet and secluded from other guests and when we wanted we could head out on foot to plenty of near by attractions. Loved the balcony, the bed was so beautifully comfortable, staff were so helpful and all of the furniture in room was comfy. Helpful staff, great location for CBD, restaurants & close to the South Bank area if you want a break from the city :). Location is very handy, room was quite a good size, bed quite comfortable, staff were all very pleasant and keen to help. I was very happy with everything from service to room size to value to cleanliness. I would defenetly stay there again!. quick easy and relatively cheap accom in the middle of Brisbane. Maintenance beginning to get a bit slack. the regular price as apposed to specials. Nothing. The musty smell when you entered the room. Expensive. There were three of us and we would have liked the double bed to be separate. We were locked out of our room on two occasions because the key would not work, for up to a half an hour at a time, the manager was very helpfull and moved us to another room... But the waiting around for someone to open our door caused us to be an hour late for our function..,. Too hot in the night. Aircon in 2802 was not working. Water flow in shower was terrible. Was changing from buring hot to cold at random. Made it impossible to shower. I have stayed in hotel before and that was not the usual experience. Tv reception poor Bath, while great for taking a bath, is too high for shower entrance/exit making it dangerous when wet. Cost of parking. 2nd bedroom. No view. Paying for parking. No condiments in apartment which every other apartment I have rented has. Plus egg cups. Prison like feel to the 'study' where the sofa bed was turned into a single. Maybe ok for child but not adult. No clothes storage there at all. $30 for parking. The fact that the pool was out of action. If you are going to do that then: !) tell people 2) give a discount. 3) view of the river that I paid more for was a crack between two buildings. the car parking - had to change 4 times as the car parking space you gave each time had cars in it - your stairwell door does not open from the inside - WHOS hazard. coffee sachets for 4 cups sugar for 2 cups. The couch in our room was old and worn with the leather cracked and coming off and very uncomfortable. Rooms and decor is very tired, and poorly cleaned. Hotel is overpriced for what it is. Room was very dated, vinyl couch and pretty cheap furnishings. Won't stay again. the staff were rude we had to ask twice for blankets which we had none in the room and they were rude when they droped it off the room felt like a prison cell. room was not what I booked , carpet was dirty , pelmet and blind fell down when we got there no towels last day , was not impressed.
