  The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. Hotel modern and well designed, very pleasant breakfast area with outside sitting area looking over small park in a quiet cul de sac. Also only 7 minutes from tram and 10 mims from metro to large shopping centre and airpo... what people say » rt. Area very non touristy, a business and small hotel area, many foreigners but not from UK which was good! A very enjoyable stay. Very good value fo - I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check- out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend others to stay at this hotel.

  Hotel is at center of Istanbul, just a few steps from Taksim square. We somehow get big bridal suite on the last stage free of any additional fees. It was big studio with large comfortable bed, a lot of windows and nice street view. Furniture not new, but looks very good + central condition (a little noisy), free Wi-Fi, sat.TV, mini bar, kettle.   The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.   Very stylish new hotel in a nice district of Istanbul. We stayed for 5 days in the beginning of May, 3 days were hot, and 2 windy and rainy, and it was equally comfortable in the room. We stayed in a standard room: it is not big, but enough space for 2 people with a big suitcase. The room, bathroom, towels and everything else is very clean and n - Very good location: on the tram line that goes to the historical center and not far from the funicular (the transportation mean) that goes to Taksim comercial area. Next to the Bosphorus touristic port and ferryboat that crosses to the Asian side. Friendly and dedicated staff. Good breakfast. Good restaurant (for having also the other meals of the day). Clean and properly maintained.

  We had a fantastic deal on the hotel through letsbookhotel.com, and paid 350 euro for four nights. When we got to the hotel, a sign said our room would have sold for 240/night! For the price, we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were spacious and quite luxurious, with a comfortable bed and grand bathroom (including a fantastic shower). I had read complaints about a poor breakfa - The hotel is perfectly located in the European part but with Dolmus (6 euro) easy to go (direct) to the azian side. Opera is close to Taksim, where is the Hilton, Hiatt, .. all big famous hotels, BUT Opera (small scale) positions itself in the middle of all The room we stayed in is loung and extermely beautiful, view on Bosphurus, all windows.   Ideal location and excellent value/quality - the situation is good.. near to all historical places and also to the tramvay station.. and away from NOISE that's the most great thing about it. the terrace pool is amazing with a view of the sea and ferryboats crossing all the time,, it's realy nice hotel to stay in. 100% RECOMMENDED
