Hotel is at center of Istanbul, just a few steps from Taksim square. We somehow get big bridal suite on the last stage free of any additional fees. It was big studio with large comfortable bed, a lot of windows and nice street view. Furniture not new, but looks very good + central condition (a little noisy), free Wi-Fi, sat.TV, mini bar, kettle. Staff was frendly: helped with tranfer, luggage, offered additional 12 hours room rent for last day (transfer was in the evening)... champagne bucket w.
all reviews » I was there with my mom, the stay was comfort, staff were friendly and helpful and speaking english very well (as it's rare in turkey:D).. The package for the turkish bath and massage was amazing. I loved the place and I do recommend for anyone. The Hammam treatment & full body massage was amazing! Located centrally in Beyoglu district We paid 109 euros a night which is a bargain for the area & standard. Room was huge and very comfortable. Location is perfect and breakfast was delicious. We also got a plate of seasonal fruits as a welcome gift . I liked the location the most ... And it was a pleasent staying. - everything. Location is best in taksim.just 100 meter to square.you can get bus,trams to all the location in the city from square.room was just ok. Location is very good and the size of the room to. It's not about the hotel, I've travelled on 25 April, there was a huge construction is taksim square and it's metro station so the transportation wasn't easy as you have to take more than one transportation for your destination. And most of taxis refuse to go there because of the traffic. Pool is a little small and closes at 6pm Cleaning staff are very eager - entering the room multiple times when still occupied both during stayover and day of checkout (persistantly before the 12 noon checkout time). There was no price list for the mini bar items, also bathtub was not very clean ... - internet. We left the room at 12 am. But our filight at 9 am.we askef if we put our bags in somewhere until fligh time.they said " of course and take them and put empy room.but one of the hotel workers smoked in to the room and our all belongs smell badly. I stayed for 4 days.everyday same breakfast not even a single dish they changed. Very limited choice in food.hardly you can choose from boiled eggs or 3,4 types of croissaints.facility not like 4*.max is 2.5*.complimentry water was given for 1st day only.AC Was off for whole hotel,thank god next few days was rainy so not so discomfort for me last 2 days in room.but surely I wont stay next time in hotel. I don't like the way of the staff how to treat with the Costomers and they sieves are not good. It was very noisy. Staff weren't able to communicate well in englush. The fact that the sauna and related facilities are listed but aren't available to its guests without charging additional fees is a big dissapointment as there were other hotels that didn't have these facilities but were much better in every sense and were omitted from my choice. Overall a good 3star hotel or a low level 4star. Carpets everywhere-impossible to keep clean. Bedrooms shabby. Wifi didn't work everywhere. Had to change room but staff were helpful. No AC was working during my stay. chech out wretten in my booking 1400 they said no 1200. The wifi network connection is too poor. I had to stay in the corridor so I can get strong connection. Staff must be more fluent in english, well that's the case of lots of people in Istanbul, regarding the importance of tourism in the city. Noisy uneducated customers from saudi, greece made this hotel even cheap atomosphere. Room size not adeqaute especially for a triple room. When they mention Complimentary Tea / coffee in room - they mean it is complementary for only day one, but later you need to pay. House keeping has to improve. Ac aircondetiin is very bad and also stuff comenecation is very bad Not recomended. a very noise hotel. Terrible facilities. Dark hallways, damaged dirty rooms. Definitely not maintained. I think the hotel just 2 or 3 sttar .
