Arif Hotel has been built on one of the best locations. I know many
people like downtown for accommodation but Arif Hotel definitely worth
the twice daily 5 minutes walk. It is only a few meters below the best
lookout point from which you can see clearly the hot air balloons at
sunrise and the beautiful sunsets. The hotel is a multi storey structure
partially carved in the rocks. The rooms are very clean, bed sheets and

The room was quite authentic and cozy; not very spacious but enough to
accommodate a young couple. It had a big bathroom with a traditional
Turkish bath corner. There was a big terrace in which you can enjoy a

This small hotel is all about the views, perched on top of a very steep hill with awesome postcard views of Goreme and surrounding areas. The common patio area and terraces were just so inviting and relaxing after a long day's sightseeing and a wonderful way to watch the sun set, even though the hotel itself is very close to sunset point.

Ahmet was extremely welcoming and helpful! We were offered an

The suites were located close to town which made trips to grab a bite to
eat easily accessible. Staff spoke english very well and were more than
accomodating booking us tours, storing our luggage and offering us
coffee or another beverage anytime we were outside. We also were able to

incredibly helpful. They were instrumental in helping us get some of our

There was even an old fashion oven in the middle of the room- we loved it!! It was very nice and cosy. Also the owner was very helpful and friendly. very close to the Mevlana Museum, just a 2-min. Walk or so. We travelled
there by bus, and we then took the tram from the bus station to Aladdin
Tepesi, and walked 10 min. To the hotel.This was doable once we figured

Rumi Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at! Being tired from all the site seeing, Rumi hotel gave us that rest we needed ( it was very similar to western hotels). We came from the states so customer service was a big deal to us...the staff and specifically Ahmed, was so kind and helpful.
