The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised. It's very good to stay somewhere, and everyone to be helpful with everything. I will come back there for sure!!!!!!!!!. the place of the hotel is great and the breakfast buffet is good.

Heating sometimes out of balance.you can hear all noise from next room. Young male waiters could be more 'service oriented' and smile once in a while ;-). Hotel should have been closed five years ago for major renovations.Toilet kept running and staff was not really able to fix it although they did there best.The bath leaked terribly; the bathroom floor was always completely wet. Minibar fridge: one big block of ice, evidence of not having been de-iced for years. TV was horrible.The breakfast was quite basic for a hotel claiming four stars. The bathroom was extremely small and the walls are quite thin (you could hear every noise/talk from the neighbours). It's basically a 3 star european hotel. The wall is too thin, we can hear the noise of other rooms.the view from my room was looking over an owfull back court. Service from Reception. Agressive, not willing to give basic information. Reception people dont speak any english and do not know about the touristic sights.very old rooms. you hear every voice from outside. i felt that im in the seventies when i entered the room ,, i got eye allergy from the bed sheets.. i was supposed to stay for 4 nights ,, i stayed for one night and i checked out to another hotel.
