Friendly staff and very helpful. Nice decor. Good location . They make an upgrade for us الفندق راقي جدا وقريب من ميدان تقسيم و الموظفين ودودين . وعند وصولنا للفندق تفاجأنا بعمل ترقية للغرفة واستبداله بجناح بدون طلب منا وسمحوا لنا بالمغادرة المتأخرة حتى الساعة الرابعة مساء انصح بالاقامة فيه. The Staff were very friendly & helpful espacially the concierge people who gave us all needed & detailed info, in addittion to reservation in every palce we were intendening to go to. The rooms are very nice & modern & the Spa is really nice.

The staff was amazing, Mr. Can from the reception made sure to accommodate every single request and need we had, it was a wonderful experience, ill definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family. Modern decor, comfortable and has a real sense of luxury. Great location for Taskim Square; nearby Asmelimecit etc. Friendly check-in, we arrived early and they accomodated us after a short wait. Staff was outstanding. The concierge staff and front desk was very helpful. The rooms were like an Apple computer, very easy to figure out and customer friendly as well as great to look at. The room is big and full of relaxation. They full of technology i.e. Smart Television and IPod clock stand. Luxury and clean. The location is near Taqsem square and Istiklal St. -friendly staff&helpfull -size of the rooms -location -breakfast (food&waters) -check in,ckeck out - every thing was great & marvelous - it was great stay.. thanks. concierge service was excellent...location was ideal, walking distance to Taksim Square and economical transport options (Havatas - 1 min walk from the hotel) to airport. -Friendly and caring pesonnel; -Very clean rooms and common areas; -5 minute walk from Taxim Square and Istiklal street; -We were lucky enough to get an upgrade!. The breakfast was very expensive and was not worth the high price. -Due to its central location, expect traffic noise throughout the day (at least, as long as the works for the building of a Metro station and a Mosque continue on Taxim square). Breakfast staff didn't speak any English and alltogether they were below any standard. room needs more effort in cleaning. The coffee and kittle were chargable. One of the desk office was roude, but others was very friendly and very helpfull. The absence of the coffee facility as per the advertise for this type of room. No cereal for breackfast. Windows open in a scary way. It was a little warm in the room, and there was a fire alarm drill until 11pm. There was no coffee maker in the room; although the hotel is five stars hotel. Air condition warm some times Hot Water not available some times. Bed is a quite small. Price is a bit high. Nothing at all. Internet needs to be faster and stable. Breakfast a rip-off at $36, I only fell for it once in my week long stay. For that price I expect fresh warm croissants, pastries etc, not standard hotel fare that's been defrosted overnight and is cold and dried out on the buffet table. Lots of places nearby for cappucino and croissants at a quarter of the price. Staff almost don't smile!! But they give u what you need eventually. My reservation was "free cancelation", they wanted whole money paied ifront,, I insested not, and I didn't,, they should now such policies but I had to explain for them and insest. Room service kind of miduim. Spa is very high rate. + Staff was not friendly, very impersonal + Air-conditioning didn't work. The staff does not speak good english . For minor remarks, the carpet at floors hallways is full of spots. Work around some areas around the hotel. Noise coming from the outside (bars-clubs and workers who r building a new hospital) plus the ac it wasnt hot. One of the busiest road is exactly in front of hotel. High room temperature. The current situation in Taksem. Very expensive brekfast. No kettle in the room !! No tea..coffee !!! If u order hot water they will charge you !! In 5 star hotel can you believe it!. Tv porogram Arabic is few. Heater ... wish if every room have balcony at least. They have charged us with mini bar although we didn't use anything. And to cancel it, we had do talk to the manager. floor not clean. No electric kettel, they charge me 12TL extra. Internet in room not very strong. there is no enough hot water to bath in the afternoon. The staff were not welcoming and smiling at the customers. They would give you the worst room unless if you complain to the hotel manager level. When I raised my complaint about the A/C problem to the hotel manager, it was just a simple setting on the switch which the technician did not bother to come to the room and fix it for past two days of my stay. Such a nice hotel with bad staff attitude. The treetment of reservation office. The air conditioner was not working well "hot". They wont change the towels even though they mentioned that if you want them changed throw them on the floor.basically cleaning was not good for a 5 star. Beds were very soft you dive in them which caused back pain. The room wasn't cleaned as a 5 stars hotel and I didn't feel so comfortable in my stay there. room cleaning were very poor (they are not collecting the garbage from the room till you shout with them) also, no body change the towels till you told them.
