What I Iove about Titanic City hotel is simply everything! First it's within walking distance to Istiklal street one of the most famous streets in Istanbul that caters to all tastes in food, shopping and entertainment. Secondly the rooms are always spotless and include all you need in comfort and many amenities. And last but not least the amazing staff especially Volkan in the reception and Mohamet at the breakfast restaurant. They go out of their way to ensure we enjoy our stay every time we v.
all reviews » The staff in this hotel are very professional and supportive. The hotel is located less then a 5 min walk from istiklal st. and the metro station that will take you to the main attraction of the city. the breakfast is nice and with a wide variety of choices. rooms are roomy and clean. overall do not hesitate in choosing this hotel. I know it will be my first choice the next time i come to Istanbul. I spent 7 nights with my family there and really like almost everything :) professional staff with excellent English very helful and provide all guidance, very comfortable and clean family room, excellent and rich breakfast buffet very nice and quiet indoor swimming pool with jazzuzi. Bottom line I would choose Taksim city hotel again and again. The check in process and agent were fast and efficient. They were able to communicate clearly in our language. The concierge was excellent, she really made our stay. Rooms are neat and comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The rooms were comfortable, clean and very modern. Great location. The breakfast was awesome with good choices. The staff was very professional and helpful. The café on the main floor was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient. This is a great hotel. I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel for their courtesy & assistance. Gym available early in the day. Located across the street from Havatas buses to airport. Short walk to subway. A lot of restaurants nearby catering to tourists. Very clean and modern rooms. Quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Great location! Right next to taksim square where plenty of movies, entertainment! Restaurants!!! Night life is buzzing!! This hotel is rich in facilities and it is located in strategic location close to Taksim medayn and yet away little from noisy areas with takism district. I had to pay a lot of taxi money to get to grand bazaar and the malls! Shopping was too far away ! Taxis a rip off! I would stay in sultan ahmet if I went for shopping the next time! I will save alot. - Arabic TV channels were so limited - The road construction in the area was a bit mess for all hotels which are located in Taksim Area. A little more sound proofing would be nice, but it could just of been my window as the thickness of the double glazing was quite good. Superior room could be bigger for the money I spent on it. The bathroom was excellent , best feature of the room. Staff at reception could be better. Besides that, the hotel is good for short stays. Its pricey a bit! Besides the hotel is very strict toward the checkout timing. You can stay only up to 1300 hrs. A minute after that is charged automatically with €30. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again. Pricey compared to similar hotels and relatively small rooms which really we did'nt like. They do not refresh the coffee station after the first day which I thought was weird. I never experienced that before and I travel a lot. The beds could have been better but again I am picky. wifi was not working perfectly. The room wasn't cool enough and didn't have the air-condition controller. The receptionist couldn't solve the problem. bfast on weekend ending at 10:30, noisy house keepers in one morning but I guess that can happen and was addressed. our room was no smoking but someone has smoked and it was hard to sleep first night ,but staff was so supportive and they fixed the problem giving us another nicer room -no smoking smell anymore ...uhhh what a relief it was. not the easiest access to Istiklal Road. Could have found better options (better location) for the same value of money. Small room size. The „Superior room” was very small, with an extra bed for a child we literally couldn’t move across the room; No balcony. The people from the staff entered the room or knocked on the door in inappropriate time, which is annoying when a small child is sleeping. None. -It would have been better to see more friendly smiling receptionists in general. the bathroom started to smell from the second day (sewage smell), which meant we had to keep the bathroom door closed. close by Taksim area which is under construction ( implicitelly a little bit of dust and noise) but it didn't bothered us too much. the internet it was bad, sometimes it will work and other not work. Nothing except that AC was a little bit not cooling well. As a business traveller I found it annoying that I could only use the wireless Internet on 1 item, when I need to have wireless available on multiple items at the same time. Also, I was not allowed to have a friend ( a woman) visit me in my suite at 6.30pm!. Some of the stuff was really nice but some were very rude. the size of the room is small . Furniture is huge in size comparing to the size of a room for 2 persons. The restaurant could serve better food. A bit disappointed. Some off the reception stuff were quite helpful towards us. Some of them were just snob :). Nothing. Nothing. could be little cheaper. Nothing. The Size of the Room was just ok , acceptable. Please, answer to customer's emails: customers do not do it for fun but for important matters. The staff was rude, the Spa was over rated.
