Ideal location and excellent value/quality. the situation is good.. near to all historical places and also to the tramvay station.. and away from NOISE that's the most great thing about it. the terrace pool is amazing with a view of the sea and ferryboats crossing all the time,, it's realy nice hotel to stay in. 100% RECOMMENDED. spa bath in ensuite. Orsep Royal Hotel is situated near all of cultural sights, so you can go everywhere by foot. Hotel was very clean. Hotel staff were very kind.

By the way, did you find in the602 Room a pair of blue sports shoes, size 37 ? If it's yes, we wouldvery much appreciate if you could keep them. We will pick them up on aproxy occasion. Thank you. Staff was friendly and pretty helpful.Location. bell boy, taxi services for free from the airport to the hotel. Nice gym.Center location for visiting historical places. The roof garden and the view. Roof top terace and swimming pool were good. Good views of the cty from here. It is near to the city center, there is outdoor swimingpool, good stuff,. the negative things about this hotel was the bathroom .. is too small even the shower is tooooooooooo smaaaall fits only for little children! water fly out to fill the whole bathroom making it like a swimming pool. another thing is the breakfast is poor for a 4 stars hotel, they gotta put up new types and kinds of food. the staff is not smily at all .. can't say friendly or not coz I never tried to speak with them out of necessary subjects! the lobby is dead..no activities running it it. very limited range of tv channels. Also if it is a 4 star hotel, why do you have to pay for sports facilities? very small swimming pool. Awful beds. very hard to reach, no parking spaces. Price of the bar.Description of facilities offered should state what is free and what is not. Except for the pocket size swimming pool (3x2 m. approximately), everything else is at cost (ridiculous heavy cost!), Internet connection poor. Environment not adequate for a 4 stars hotel,. To learn to speak in english. The gym - you had to pay 10 euros a day for the use of the gym. We booked this hotel as we wanted gym facilities but we didn,t know we would have to pay - so obviously we didn,t use this as this would have cost us an extra 140 euros!!!! Also our room overlooked a car wash which opened at 7am and closed at 9pm - very noisey. very bad air conditioner, there is only one door key,. reseption is not affable,was waiting my room till 15.00.there are not promised fruit in my room.near the hotel is terrible project site.very noisy.
